In July 1995, the NC General Assembly enacted a CCH law  that allows qualifying citizens of NC the opportunity to obtain a permit to carry a concealed handgun.  As a provision of this legislation, the individual must complete a required training program in the use of deadly force, training in carrying a concealed handgun and be able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of the handgun.

We offer several different classes:
NC Concealed Carry Handgun - 
    Required to obtain CCH Permit
NRA Basic Pistol - 
    Basic training in the safe
    handling and use of a pistol.
NRA First Steps - 
    Fundamentals and safety class
    for the new shooter.
NRA Refuse to be a Victim -
    Class designed for civic groups
    wanting to become more aware
    of steps they can take to
    reduce their chance of
    becoming a victim.

All classes are taught by a qualified instructor with SAFETY being the primary concern.  Most classes consist of lecture and some classes include range time.  Course outlines are offered for some classes on this site.
